Financial statements audit
Audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements, accounting books reviews, design of charts of accounts and internal procedures.
BD AUDYT Sp. z o.o. is a Polish audit firm. We work with boards of small, mid-cap and large companies as well as capital groups — those who expect not just a compliance report, but a partner in financial decisions.
Audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements, accounting books reviews, design of charts of accounts and internal procedures.
Ongoing advisory for companies, preparation of annual financial statements, transfer-pricing documentation, year-end closing.
Business and share valuations, examination of restructuring plans of companies, financial analyses supporting ownership and management decisions.
Flexible support for decision-making — when you need it, without burdening your company's structure. You pay only for actual time worked: from a single consultation, through analysis of a specific decision, to recurring engagement during key moments of the fiscal year.
Support in preparing and providing assurance over sustainability reports in line with the CSRD directive and ESRS standards. We help map reporting obligations, design the process for collecting non-financial data and perform independent assurance over ESG disclosures required from large companies and public-interest entities.
Every engagement starts with a conversation with the board and chief accountant. We understand the business before we evaluate the financial statements. We work according to Polish Auditing Standards (KSB).
Audit is not the end. We point out risks, suggest changes to procedures and stay in contact throughout the entire fiscal year — not only during reporting season.
Our documentation is complete; our communication — short and concrete. The audit opinion ends the process, but not the relationship with the client.
Statutory auditor (Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors, no. 12851). Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics (Management and Production Engineering) and the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law. Postgraduate studies in accounting and financial control as well as management and marketing (logistics specialisation).
Over 15 years as Chief Accountant in capital companies — responsible for accounting policy, reporting, tax settlements and supervision of accounting teams. Practical understanding of financial processes from the company's perspective, not only the auditor's.
Since 2015, ongoing collaboration with an international audit firm on audits of Polish and foreign companies in manufacturing, services, real-estate development and wholesale. Experience in IFRS / IAS reporting and consolidations of capital groups.
Tax and accounting advisory — ongoing service for companies in CIT, VAT, withholding tax and transfer pricing; review of contracts for tax implications; support for year-end closing and preparation of financial statements. Advanced English.
BD AUDYT Sp. z o.o. is an audit practice rooted in experience gained at international audit firms and in financial roles within capital companies.
We audit companies in manufacturing, services, real-estate development and wholesale. We also work with capital groups on consolidations and IFRS / IAS reporting.
We operate as a partnership-led firm — direct contact with the statutory auditor handling the engagement, no intermediate layers, no delegation of communication to junior staff.
